• Prescription-based medicines will be shipped only after verification and approval by our Ayurvedic doctors.

• International Orders: 10-21 business days (varies by country and customs regulations)
• Rural or remote areas may take additional time for delivery.

      Note: Unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or logistical challenges may affect delivery timelines.

• Within India: Free shipping on orders above ₹1999; a nominal fee applies for smaller orders.
• International Shipping: Charges vary based on weight, location, and courier service. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
• You can track your order through the courier service’s tracking portal.

6. Prescription-Based Orders

• Orders will only be processed after verification by our certified Ayurvedic doctors.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

8. Shipping for Special Initiatives

• Orders under our Every Purchase Heals a Life program contribute 5% towards the 1000 Baby Treatment Program at Pulamanthole Mooss Inherited Clinic.
• Participation in our Thanal Programme does not involve shipping, as selected patients receive free treatment at our facility.
