1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and treatments, we adhere to the following refund policy:

 

Medicines: Refunds are not applicable for purchased medicines unless:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product has expired upon delivery.
    In such cases, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Consultation Services: Fees for consultations are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed or the service has been provided.

 

2. Cancellation Policy


Medicine Orders:

  • Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Consultation Appointments:

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation:
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

  • Order ID or Appointment ID.
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request.
  • Supporting documents (for damaged or incorrect products, such as photos).
  • Our team will review your request and provide a resolution within 5-7 business days.

 

4. Exceptions to Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Customized or personalized Ayurvedic formulations are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
  • Products purchased under special offers, discounts, or campaigns (e.g., the 1000 Baby Treatment Program) may not be eligible for refunds.
